On December 10, 2021, the General Administration of Customs took emergency preventive measures against 2 Vietnamese companies, due to the positive nucleic acid test of SARS-Cov-2 in 2 samples of 1 batch of dried Priacanthus tayenus and 3 samples of 1 batch of dried squid from Vietnam. The national customs suspended the acceptance of Vietnamese aquatic product companies A Chau Hoa Thanh Company Limited (A CHAU HOA THANH CO., LTD) (Registered number: HK 158) and BH CO.,LTD (Registered number: HK 761) import declaration for 1 week from December 10. Product declaration will resume automatically after expiration.
